European culinary tour continues - Stopping in Turkey

As we are spending most of the winter months improving the grounds and estate, and of course hiding from the Australian winter in Europe, we are looking forward to a productive and enjoyable season with the Port Stephens community.

Now that we have time to operate the business first hand, Wonganella will become THE venue for great Food, Wine, Accommodation, Weddings and Functions.

We appreciate your patience on our service interruption at Wonganella,  running a number of businesses and living in two countries has taken a little time to get right!

Watch out for advertisements in the local media, we will also be emailing our current wine club members for a private dinner and all loyal customers on our email database towards our opening date.

Please note the Venue will Operate:

  • Friday 10am - 6pm  Breakfast and Lunch

  • Saturday 10am - 11pm - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Sunday 10- 6pm - Lunch, BBQ, Sangria, Entertainment and Spit-roast !!

Wonganella Estate

Wonganella Estate is located perfectly positioned on top of the hill above Port Stephens Winery at Bob's Farm, Port Stephens. Having this elevated advantage, we uniquely offer the best views of the hinterland through to Port Stephens. Sunset drinks are not to be missed !

Wonganella Estate is set on 35 acres of picturesque sea views including acres of natural bushland. There are seven areas of grapes, planted in varying soil types and, with grapes spreading from one end of the property to the other, a perfect day can be spent at the Estate. Tours of the vines can be arranged for the interested groups.

In addition to the winery, Wonganella has arguably the best valued restaurant in the Port Stephens district.


Wonganella estate also extends its hospitality with a range of accommodation options to suit all occasions and comforts.  The above offerings can be well combined to offer the perfect wedding or conference.
